Linda Müller

 
 

As Fund and Portfolio Manager Linda will focus on a broad range of fund management topics for new business and new projects in the Communication Infrastructure team of the company. Prior to joining Primevest Capital Partners, Linda has worked as Senior Relationship Manager in Project Finance at Hamburg Commercial Bank AG, where she focussed on digital infrastructure and energy transition projects. 

Linda holds a Bachelor and Master in Business Administration from BA Kiel and AKAD University of Stuttgart, with a specialization in finance and bank management.

 

Niko Levikari

 
 

Prior to joining Primevest Capital Partners as an Associate Fund Manager in the Parking Funds team, Niko worked as a Fund Management Associate at GLP Capital Partners with focus to income producing logistics funds. In addition he has worked at ABN AMRO as the listed real estate equity analyst, real estate transactions at Catella CF and in real estate research at AXA REIM. He holds a MSc in Finance from the University of Groningen as well as BSc (Hons) of Investment and Financial Risk Management from Bayes Business School, University of London and BSc of Finance from Aalto University School of Economics.

 

Petros Petrou

 
 

Petros Petrou is a Business Controller within the asset class Communication Infrastructure. As a Business Controller, he is responsible for process optimisation and improvements of financial reports of funds within Communication Infrastructure. Prior to joining Primevest, he worked as a Financial/Business Controller at various companies, such as ALD Automotive S.A., Media Monks B.V. and CarNext B.V. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Piraeus and is now finishing his MBA studies at IDRAC Business School in France.

 

David Suárez

 
 

As an Acquisitions and Fund Support Officer, David Suárez is responsible for carrying out extensive market research to ensure well-informed decisions within the Residential business unit. Moreover, he manages communications with developers and external parties in respect of Spanish and Italian assets. David has a background in event management and translation. He speaks Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, English and German.

 

Amin Hansali

 
 

As a Fund Analyst, Amin Hansali (1997) is responsible for the development and analysis of fund models within the asset class Parking & Mobility. In addition, he supports fund management processes, and oversees mandatory debt reporting to financial institutions. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from the University of Glasgow (2021) and a BSc in International Business and Management from the University of Amsterdam (2020). He started his career in the world of PE and corporate finance and enjoyed internships at KPMG during his studies.

 

Bjørn Brink

 
 

Bjørn Brink (1973) has more than 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate. Bjørn previously worked at the Dutch supermarket chain Jumbo, where he worked in the field of acquisitions and development. Prior to that, he worked in various positions at CBRE. His qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in ‘s-Hertogenbosch and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Arnhem/Nijmegen, as well as a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. As Portfolio Manager of the Parking & Mobility Team at Primevest, he will further strengthen the commercial management of the European parking portfolio of more than fifty parking garages.

 

 

Matthias Winter

 
 

Matthias (1965) who joined the Communication Infrastructure business unit team as Senior Asset Manager in January 2023 has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and ICT industry. During his work for Siemens, KielNET, Versatel, GVG Glasfaser and most recently for Stadtwerke Flensburg, he acquired extensive knowledge and skills in sales, business development, project and network management and operations. Likewise, during his various professional positions at ICT and ISP companies, he has actively participated in working groups of the Federal Association for Broadband Communications (BREKO) with a focus on technology, fiber optics (FTTX) as well as the development of open access marketplace structures. Matthias holds a degree in electrical engineering with a focus on communications engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg as well as a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.

 

Max Oorschot

 
 

At Primevest Capital Partners, Max is part of the Finance Team as Fund Controller. He is responsible for process optimisation and improvements of the financial reports of the funds and mandates. Before joining Primevest, Max has been working as Financial Controller at PineBridge Benson Elliot for the last 8 years. Max has a master’s degree in accounting & control from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.

 

Tim Vreeken

 
 

Tim (1996) is a Fund Analyst at Primevest Capital Partners since 2023. Before joining Primevest Capital Partners, Tim was a tax lawyer specializing in direct and indirect investments in European real estate. His qualifications include a Bsc in Law (2020), a Bsc in Tax Law (2020) and a master’s degree in Tax Law at Leiden University (2022).

 

Rick van Overbeek

 
 

As the IT Manager, Rick van Overbeek is responsible for the development of policies and operations of the entire ICT environment for Primevest Capital Partners and Holland Immo Group. He also develops and implements IT policies to optimise work processes. In addition, he advises the management team of Primevest Capital Partners and Holland Immo Group on strategic decisions, changes and innovations in the field of ICT. Rick has more than 12 years’ of experience in IT at various companies as a Software Consultant and Technical Engineer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in ICT Media Design from Fontys University in Eindhoven.
