Hans Philip Agata

 
 

Before joining Primevest Capital Partners, Hans Philip built and led the Sports Data Acquisition division at the German Football Association (DFB), the world’s largest sports association. In this role, he was responsible for complex tender processes, contract negotiations, budgeting, and the management of cross-functional teams, regularly presenting to executive management.

Hans Philip holds an MSc in Business Information Management (cum laude) from Rotterdam School of Management and a BSc in International Business (cum laude) from Maastricht University, with a specialisation in Finance. After a successful international career, he deliberately transitioned into real estate and further strengthened his financial expertise through Real Estate Financial Modelling certifications.

At Primevest Capital Partners, Hans Philip works as an Asset Manager within the Parking & Mobility team.

 

Hans Vermeeren

 
 

Hans is responsible for leading the parking investment strategy and further strengthening Primevest’s position in this specialized real asset class. Hans brings over 25 years of international experience in real estate investment, development, and asset management, with a strong track record in managing large portfolios, driving value creation, and organizational transformation.

Hans studied Economics (Finance & Real Estate) at the University of Amsterdam and holds a Master of Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. He began his career at SFB Vastgoed (now Bouwinvest) and later held senior leadership positions at Unibail-Rodamco and Wereldhave. In 2015, he co-founded Madatho Real Estate and Hamar Real Estate, focusing on strategic advice, investment, and portfolio restructuring. Since 2020, Hans has worked at PATRIZIA, first leading Asset Management in North-West Europe and currently serving as Head of Asset Management Germany & CEE and Managing Director of PATRIZIA Deutschland GmbH, responsible for a €20 billion portfolio.

 

Tristan de Hoop

 
 

 

Tristan de Hoop serves as Client Relations & Capital Raising Manager at Primevest Capital Partners. Previously, he worked at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), one of the world’s largest renewable infrastructure private equity funds, where he was an Associate within the Flagship Portfolio Management Team. Tristan has around three years of experience in investments, M&A, fund analysis, and product development, across both fund and limited partner structures. Earlier in his career, he gained experience as an Investment Analyst at ONE-Dyas and at CIP in the Flagship Investment Team.

 

Vivi Tian

 
 

Before joining Primevest Capital Partners, Vivi gained international finance experience in the Netherlands, the UK, and China through roles at Danone, Accenture, NIO, and Bank of China. She holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Amsterdam and a BSc in Finance, Accounting & Management from the University of Nottingham.

Vivi supports Primevest Capital Partners as Junior Fund Controller, focusing on fund reporting, financial oversight, and process optimization for international mandates.

 

Philip Zwart

 
 

Philip Zwart (Chief Commercial Officer) is responsible for the commercial strategy and strengthening the market position of the company. He has a strong focus on acquiring capital, transactions, and customer relations in both the private and institutional segments. Philip has over 30 years of experience in commercial management and executive positions in the financial and real estate sector. He worked at ING for almost 20 years, the last 10 years at ING Real Estate Finance. At CBRE he was Executive Director Debt & Structured Finance. Philip studied business economics at the University of Groningen. He has been a fellow at Nyenrode Business University for over 12 years.

 

 

Renate Hilberink

 
 

Renate Hilberink has over 25 years of experience in marketing and communications within the financial and professional services sector. In her current role as Head of Marketing & Communications, she is responsible for Primevest’s positioning, brand strategy, corporate communications, and supporting the organization’s commercial growth ambitions.

Renate began her career at Ernst & Young Consulting, and then spent approximately 20 years at ABN AMRO in various roles, including Marketing Manager, Strategist, Head of Pricing, and Product Manager. Following her banking career, she served for five years as Marketing Director at two leading accountancy and consultancy firms.

Renate studied Psychology at Radboud University and subsequently earned a Master’s degree in Management and Organization Studies from Tilburg University.

 

Ulrike Stachowitz

 
 

Ulrike Stachowitz graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and started her career in finance in 2017 in the hotel industry, followed by an event catering company and an e-commerce company. She supports the companies of PrimevestDE and Open German Fiber in operational accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable, the preparation of annual financial statements and liquidity planning.

 

 

Claudia Beetz

 
 

Before joining Primevest Claudia has been working for 19 years at TDK starting in various assistant positions and moving to the HR Department in 2016. There she was involved in apprenticeship, travel expenses and HR administration as well as implementing an electronic time recording system.

 

Linda Müller

 
 

As Fund and Portfolio Manager Linda will focus on a broad range of fund management topics for new business and new projects in the Communication Infrastructure team of the company. Prior to joining Primevest Capital Partners, Linda has worked as Senior Relationship Manager in Project Finance at Hamburg Commercial Bank AG, where she focussed on digital infrastructure and energy transition projects. 

Linda holds a Bachelor and Master in Business Administration from BA Kiel and AKAD University of Stuttgart, with a specialization in finance and bank management.

 

Niko Levikari

 
 

Prior to joining Primevest Capital Partners as an Associate Fund Manager in the Parking Funds team, Niko worked as a Fund Management Associate at GLP Capital Partners with focus to income producing logistics funds. In addition he has worked at ABN AMRO as the listed real estate equity analyst, real estate transactions at Catella CF and in real estate research at AXA REIM. He holds a MSc in Finance from the University of Groningen as well as BSc (Hons) of Investment and Financial Risk Management from Bayes Business School, University of London and BSc of Finance from Aalto University School of Economics.
