Tim (1996) is a Fund Analyst at Primevest Capital Partners since 2023. Before joining Primevest Capital Partners, Tim was a tax lawyer specializing in direct and indirect investments in European real estate. His qualifications include a Bsc in Law (2020), a Bsc in Tax Law (2020) and a master’s degree in Tax Law at Leiden University (2022).

Naya Jiménez
As a Fund Analyst, Naya Jiménez (1994) is responsible for the development and analysis of the fund models within the asset class Communication Infrastructure. In addition, she supports the fund management processes, and oversees the debt reporting obligations to financial institutions. She holds a BSc in Economics and Business Economics from the University of Utrecht (2020).
Rick van Overbeek
As the IT Manager, Rick van Overbeek is responsible for the development of policies and operations of the entire ICT environment for Primevest Capital Partners and Holland Immo Group. He also develops and implements IT policies to optimise work processes. In addition, he advises the management team of Primevest Capital Partners and Holland Immo Group on strategic decisions, changes and innovations in the field of ICT. Rick has more than 12 years’ of experience in IT at various companies as a Software Consultant and Technical Engineer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in ICT Media Design from Fontys University in Eindhoven.
Matthieu Dekkers
Matthieu Dekkers heads the acquisition team for parking in Europe. In more than 25 years, he has gained a vast amount of experience in real estate, working for Primevest Capital Partners/Holland Immo Group through Dekfordt and before that at Bouwfonds IM, Catella and Colliers. His experience involved commercial property transactions valued at €3 billion. For the past 15 years he has been highly successful with investments in parking garages in Europe valued at more than €550 million for various parking funds. After finishing his higher economics education (HEAO), Matthieu graduated in Dutch law at the University of Groningen and completed his estate agency certification and Master’s degree in Real Estate (MRE) in Amsterdam.
John Bindels
John Bindels is responsible for the acquisition of parking garages, especially in the Netherlands and Germany. He boasts an extensive experience of 30 years in real estate, the last 15 years of which have been fully focused on parking facilities. With his solid, thorough approach and with a respectful approach towards business partners , John has managed to conclude many real estate transactions, involving buying, selling, leasing and asset management, both for investors as well as operators. In recent years, John has been able to gain a great deal of expertise in parking operations and commercial management that lead to profitable propositions including tailored business propositions for investment funds.
Mizanur Rahman
After a commercial apprenticeship, Mizanur completed his advanced studies in accountancy at DUT Wirtschaftsfachschule in Berlin in April 2017. Mizanur then worked as an accountant in various companies in Germany before taking up his position as Finance Assistant in the Finance Department of Primevest-Capital-Partners’ Berlin team in October 2021.
Elaine Klein
Elaine is a junior asset manager who has 10 years’ worth of experience as a trained media- and graphics designer. She worked in various areas of marketing departments and also as a freelancer for the Ministry of Environment, Agriculture and Energy in Saxony-Anhalt, among others. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, with a focus on physical geography such as geoinformation systems and soil science. Elaine joined the Communication Infrastructure Team of Primevest Capital Partners in 2022.
Vincent Warrink
Vincent Warrink (1984) has c. 15 years of experience in the international real estate market. In his current role as Senior Manager Strategy & Business Development he is responsible for the execution of business (investment) strategies and organizational development. He is continuously challenging the status quo of the company through conducting research, setting HRM- and ESG strategies & policies, improving the operating model and exploring new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities. Prior to Primevest Vincent worked at PATRIZIA AG and Deloitte. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Built Environment from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a MSc in Management from the Nyenrode Business University.
Gilbert Boutier
As a financial professional, Gilbert Boutier has broad experience in setting up, managing and professionalizing financial companies. Gilbert is responsible for the financial management of Primevest Capital Partners. Gilbert has more than 30 years of international real estate experience and has worked for PWC, Catella, Bouwfonds IM, ING, NN, Patrizia, Robeco, Municipality of Rotterdam and BPD. Gilbert is a Registered Accountant and holds a master’s degree in Information Management from Nijenrode and Business Valuation from RSM. Gilbert has been working for Primevest since September 2021.
Frank Noé
Frank Noé joins Primevest CP from BrickVest, an affiliate of PATRIZIA AG, where he last served as Chief Sales Officer. He has around 15 years of experience in business development, capital markets and alternative investment. Prior to this, Noé has worked at Zinsbaustein, Castlelake, Shinsei Bank Group, Golding Capital Partners and Ernst & Young. Frank joined Primevest in November 2021 as Head of Capital Formation.
