Inga has been supporting the team since October 2019 as an intern and working student in the Residential division. She successfully completed her studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management and is working as a Research and Asset Manager at Primevest Capital Partners since April 2021.

While studying, he worked in a planning office for ecology and nature conservation as an working student and as a student assistant in the field of GIS documentation. He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Geography from the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg with a focus on remote sensing and geoinformation systems. He joined the Communication Infrastructure Team as a Junior Asset Manager in 2021.

Kersten, (communications engineering) is a technical expert and senior asset manager. With over 30 years of experience in the communications industry, he has been Director of Project Management, Sales and Business Development and Managing Director of leading industrial companies and network operators. He was instrumental in the development and introduction of interactive services in the cable TV market.

After he finished his two studies (Bachelor + Master) in 2012, Fabian Schön worked at Bouwfonds IM until 2018 in asset and fund management department. Before starting his work at PrimevestCapital Partners in 2019 he was active as portfolio analyst at „Deutsche Asset One“. At Primevest Capital Partners he is in charge of German and Austrian real estate as asset manager.​

Claudia has more than 25 years of professional experience in transaction and real estate business covering the entire investment cycle. She was working for various companies. Since 2011, she has been managing various parts of the European residential real estate funds, including Germany, Scandinavia, UK, Netherlands, Austria, and Spain.

With more than 27 years of experience in real estate, Olaf has extensive experience in transactions, sales, leasing and asset management. He has worked at a family office, at a project developer, and since 2015 he has been serving the institutional market in the purchase of rented housing in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Denmark and Spain. Olaf holds two bachelor degrees and a master in Real Estate, and is a member of the RICS.

Danica has been supporting the team since March 2019 as an intern and working student in the Residential division. She successfully completed her studies at the Berlin School of Economics and Law in September 2020 with a Master’s degree in International Finance and is working as a Fund & Acquisition Manager at Primevest Capital Partners since Oktober 2020.

After completing his bachelor’s degree in international business administration, Victor gained two years of professional experience in the Berlin real estate market. He worked for Weiss & Cie. Real Estate in the area of transaction advisory and project development, before starting his master’s degree in management at the ESCP Business School. Victor has been working for Primevest Capital Partners as a student since November 2020 and works in the position of a transaction manager in the residential team started July 2021.

Klaus (1968), (real estate specialist, communications engineering) is responsible for the acquisition of assets throughout Germany since April 2017. Klaus has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Among other things, he worked as a managing director at a fiber optic ISP. The experience gained covers the entire field of telecommunications, from structural implementation to the system-technical construction and operation of active technology.

Friso holds a law degree and a postgraduate degree in real estate business. Friso has more than 15 years of work experience in real estate business. He mostly dealt with commercial and residential real estate transactions. The last couple of years Friso was responsible for real estate acquisitions for institutional investors.
