André joined us in June 2018 as Senior Technical Manager and operates from the Berlin office. André worked among others at Bouwfonds IM, Degewo AG (Berlins largest municipal building society) and an engineering office (project manager). He organizes modernizations, project developments and supports the acquisition team in technical and sustainable matters.

Claudia has been with Primevest Capital Partners/Bouwfonds IM for 6 years as Officer Client Relations & Fiduciary. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, client management and communication in different industries, she is responsible for communication and for the personal issues of the private investors in the closed-end mutual funds.

Jens (1975) has been a fund analyst at the business unit Communication & Infrastructure since April 2017 and is responsible for operational fund and risk management as well as the implementation of investment strategies. Based on his more than 20 years of experience in the banking, real estate (open and closed ended special funds) and investment sectors, he is also responsible for loan and liquidity management.

Gaston Hupkens has been active in international real estate for more than 20 years. At Primevest CP, Gaston is responsible for the daily operations of the company (Reporting, Legal, Tax, HR & IT. Gaston previously worked at Patrizia AG, ABN Amro Bank N.V., Bouwfonds IM, Rabo Real Estate Group, Corio and Deloitte. He is also experienced in (international) merges, acquisitions and (financial) (re) structuring. Gaston graduated Tax Law at Tilburg University in 1995. Gaston joined Primevest in August 2021.

Peter is Managing Partner at Primevest. Peter joined Primevest in August 2021 and is leading the Primevest Capital Partners Holding activities in Europe. Peter has more than 20 years professional experience in the European real estate market (Netherlands, Nordics, Southern Europe and Germany). Peter lived and worked in 4 different countries (Netherlands, Sweden, Germany and Italy) in the last 10 years. He has a proven track record in office, retail, logistics and residential fund & portfolio management performance, including developments and debt and hedge management for a number of funds, joint ventures and separate accounts on behalf of 50+ institutional investors. Peter has an extensive expertise in the leadership and management of country-, fund and acquisition strategies, business development and execution of value enhancement strategies. He is also currently a member of the advisory board of Dutch Smart digital car park operator ParkBee and a member of the advisory board of the PATRIZIA Foundation. Prior to Primevest Peter has worked at Patrizia AG, CBRE Global Investors EMEA, ING and JJL. Peter holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and a Master in Real Estate (MSRE) from the University of Amsterdam / Amsterdam School of Real Estate.

As Financial Controller, Ramesh Askar (1995) is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the financial data in the accounts, and together with the Finance Manager for the internal and external financial reports.

Oscar de Jong is responsible as business controller for the parking funds. In addition, he performs all kinds of corporate activities with regard to corporate administration, IT-related matters and various other activities. Oscar has more than 25 years of experience with various investment managers. Oscar has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, is a qualified controller (HOFAM) and has a degree from HBO Informatica (Phase 1).

Prior to joining Primevest Capital Partners in February 2019, Krisztina worked for CR Investment Management in Asset and Transaction Management. She holds a M.A. degree from the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg.

Babette Hendrikse is responsible for all the office management tasks and supports the whole team since the start of Primevest Capital Partners in 2018.

Bas van Dongen (1975) is responsible for managing the communication infrastructure activities. Bas holds a Master degree in Business Economics from Tilburg University, the Netherlands.
