Bart Zijtregtop (1961), Senior Asset Manager at Primevest Capital Partners. Prior to joining Bouwfonds IM in 2002 he was a real estate manager (commercial – and residential real estate) at Syntrus Achmea Real Estate. He was responsible for all the Real Estate in the southern part of the Netherlands. Before working for Syntus Achema Real Estate Bart was a property manager commercial real estate in Rotterdam for 5 years. Bart holds a bachelor degree in Building from the Tilburg University of Applied Sciences, which he received in 1986. In 1989 he finished the NVM – school for Real Estate Brokerage. In 1997 Bart received his degree of the Novam.

Prior to joining Primevest Capital Partners in February 2019, Krisztina worked for CR Investment Management in Asset and Transaction Management. She holds a M.A. degree from the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg.

Babette Hendrikse is responsible for all the office management tasks and supports the whole team since the start of Primevest Capital Partners in 2018.

Bas van Dongen (1975) is responsible for managing the communication infrastructure activities. Bas holds a Master degree in Business Economics from Tilburg University, the Netherlands.

Peter Renk (1967) has more than 26 years of experience in servicing institutional clients as well as in asset management of real estate and capital market products. He has extensive experience in setting up special funds in accordance with Luxemburg law as well as according to the German Investment Act . He speaks Italian, Spanish, French , Portuguese, English and German.

Bas Magielse (1976) has more than 20 years’ experience in European real estate. Bas previously worked at ING Real Estate and Bouwfonds IM. His qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics & Law from the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences (1999) and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate (2009). As Head of Parking Bas is responsible for all our Parking investment activities in terms of strategy, fund management and steering the team involved.

Bart Pierik (1969) has been active in international real estate for more than 15 years. At Primevest Capital Partners, Bart is as partner responsible for the business unit Parking and Communication Infrastructure. Pierik is a lawyer who graduated in Dutch law at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.
