Marieke van den Heuvel


As Head of Marketing & Customer Experience, Marieke van den Heuvel (1986), is responsible for the strategic marketing program to further strengthen brand performance and customer experience for both Primevest and Holland Immo Group, the two investment labels of the company. With over 10 years of experience, Marieke brings a rich background in (digital)marketing-, brand- and customer experience management, developed at her previous employer Wereldhave. Therefore, she also has a profound understanding of the (commercial) real asset and investment industry. Marieke is also spokesperson for the press.

Marieke holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication and Advertising Management from the Amsterdam School of Applied Science (2010) and successfully obtained the internationally recognized NIMA C Master in Marketing qualification in 2018.
